Once an order is placed, customer will receive an email with a questionnaire regarding their character's coloring, style, specific characteristics, etc. Please allow a few days for email to arrive. Commissions are completed in the order they are received; slots are limited per batch! Your commission will not be started until the questionnaire is complete and we are both comfortable with the concept for your character. Communication for the project will be done through email.
